PGIM, the investment arm of Prudential Financial, commissioned The Endless Co. with building an augmented reality experience to exhibit their recent investments on the floor of the Milken Institute Global Conference.

The tabletop AR module visualizes five areas in which PGIM sees significant financial opportunity: warehouse automation, lithium mining for solar energy, seaports in emerging markets, urban real estate development, and drone delivery systems.

SOLUTION

• Each investment area presented as a living 3D diorama
• AR scenes are modeled and animated with AI scripts to accurately represent the processes at an Amazon warehouse, Chilean mine, or Thai seaport
• Five-part experience packaged into a single iPad Pro app that tracks to one table at the exhibition. Up to five visitors could experience the project at once

RESULTS

The final experience was a hit at the Milken Conference, where C-suite executives, government leaders, philanthropists, and others shared a digital experience as bold and ambitious as PGIM’s investments.
