WHY EMPLOY VR/AR FOR TRAINING?

Immersive simulation training is cost-effective for enterprises and performance-enhancing for employees. These interactive AR/VR experiences transform one-on-one training scenarios into easily scalable virtual experiences. The possible scenarios are limitless with computer-generated environments or 360° video — re-create anything from a chemistry lab, to a hospital wing, to a 5-star hotel.

NOVO NORDISK

INDUSTRY: HEALTHCARE

REQUEST: The healthcare provider and agency partner Onslot tasked with The Endless Co. with delivering custom VR and AR tools that train clinicians and inform patients about diabetes and hyperglycemia.

SIMULATION: We created a Virtual Reality training scenario in live action 360° video, and an AR visualization of the heart and insulin pens for clinician education.

AMERICAN EXPRESS

INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY

REQUEST: American Express tasked The Endless Co. with producing a VR training experience to teach new employees about the luxury rewards of the Platinum Card.

SIMULATION: We illustrated the benefits of the Platinum experience by transporting viewers to exclusive locations around the world. The Endless Co. produced, shot, and edited the 360° film.

Jet-setting between 360° environments, the viewer gets an exclusive peek into the benefits of the Platinum experience.

American Chemical Society

INDUSTRY: EDUCATION

REQUEST: ACS trusted The Endless Co. with building immersive and interactive tools to train chemistry professionals about fire safety.

SIMULATION: We created a fire lab safety module in virtual reality to train scientists about working with pyrophoric chemicals. Users watch the safety tutorials unfold in front of them, before the simulation asks them to practice the procedures.

HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL

INDUSTRY: EDUCATION / MEDICINE

REQUEST: In collaboration with Harvard psychology professor Deirdre Barrett and director David Mullett, The Endless Co. created one of the first Virtual Reality stress reduction simulations.

SIMULATION: Flash of Color draws on the teachings of hypnotherapy + color therapy to train patients about techniques to ease their minds and isolate their attention. The VR experience merged visual art and clinical treatment. Users reported consistently lower heart rates and reduced stress levels in trials at the Chart Art Fair in Copenhagen and MUTEK in Montreal, as well as Bellevue Hospital in New York.
